Day One

Today I ate a  piece of cake for breakfast, a hamburger and potato chips for lunch, followed by two cupcakes.  I am addicted to junk food!  My family and I have been trying to go paleo and do non processed foods, but I always seem to wind up binging on junk food!  I need help!  I am going to try and start fresh, right now.  My husband and I are planning on doing a 5k mud run at the end of April...neither of us can run a 5K at the moment.  It should be an interesting few months.  I'm going to try and blog my progress daily, maybe it will help me stay motivated to eat better and exercise!  We will see!
